You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
The goods must be in ‘as new’ condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging and free gifts received with it.
We reserve the rights for final decision.
If the goods/products have been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Sunvision Solution will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics.
